- Directions from Cancún International Airport
- From Cancún International Airport, take a taxi or pre-booked private transfer to the Ultramar Ferry Terminal in Puerto Juárez. The drive usually takes 30–45 minutes. Take the passenger ferry from Puerto Juárez to Isla Mujeres. The crossing takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure and check the latest schedule on the official Ultramar website. After arriving at the Isla Mujeres Ferry Terminal, take a taxi from the taxi stand outside the terminal. Show the driver this destination: 674M+F7, Isla Mujeres, Quintana Roo, Mexico The property is near the southern end of the island, approximately 10–15 minutes from the ferry terminal.

Deposit Policy
BOOKING DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% will be collected within 30 days of arrival date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guests agree to pay for any damage caused to the premises during their stay which will be charged to the credit card on file.
